PORTFOLIO RISK REPORTS

Suitability is determined at the time of sale. Whether you represent the Claimants or the Respondents, analyzing the suitability of a portfolio can be a challenge that is critical to your case success.

We use specialized analysis tools to prepare reports on equities portfolios. These reports combined with our training and experience provides the basis for a complete written portfolio analysis and suitability determination. Further, we have software available from 1999 forward, which allows us to prepare a review using data dated close to the time of initial sale.

Securities Litigation Support can:

  • Analyze a portfolio.
  • Prepare a suitability report on that portfolio.
  • Testify in arbitration regarding our findings.

The report that follows was prepared on 2003 software.
